Are there any extra charges or fees on top of the hourly rate?

We do not have any hidden fees in your total, There is no miles restriction, or gas surcharges. We charge hourly.

In rare cases, there is a damage fee of minimum $250 if you or anyone in your party caused damage to the vehicle, a $300 vomit fee or $100 for excessive cleaning.

 

If your pick up or drop off is over 30 miles away from city limit we will have to charge for travel time depending on how long it will take us to get to your destination and back.

Overtime fees will start incurring in hours increments when you keep the vehicle 10 min pass your drop off time.

Are your drivers professionally dressed?

Do I have to call to confirm my reservation?

Once you’re charged the deposit, your reservation is confirmed. However, it is important to call and confirm your vehicle, time, date and address within a week of your service date to prevent any miscommunication.

Do I have to sign anything?

You have to sign our contract for the charges and agree with our regulations before we transport you. The person signing must be the credit card holder and must be over 18 years old. You must have credit card present at time of pick up.  click here to view our terms and conditions.

Do you always answer the phone?

We answer the phone 24/7 however if we didn't answer from the first time there is a chance we're on the other line. Please call back within few minutes or leave a message and we will get back to you asap.

How do I get a quote from CapCityLimo.com?

Prices varies according to vehicle, day of the week, and number of hours booked. 

We charge by the hour and we have a various hourly minimum for each vehicle, day and time.

Once you decide on the date, time, and number of passengers in your party, you can call us or submit a quote request online.

Please note, requesting a quote does not hold your vehicle.

How do I make a reservation? What are the requirements?

We accept reservations online (click here )and over the phone. there is no need to come to our office to make your reservation.

You must be over 18 years old to make a reservation and have a credit card in your name.

We require a  non-refundable deposit with a major credit card

Your name, address, and phone number.

Pick up date, time, and address (or flight info if pick up from the airport)

Rest of the balance is due within 7 days before job execution, we usually charge it automatically on credit card we have on file unless you request to pay the rest of the balance in cash. in this case we will still have to authorize your credit card for the balance.

How much does it cost to rent a limousine?

How new are your vehicles, are they always clean?

We always update our fleet to newer body styles depending on the type of vehicle. We perform necessary maintenance and safety inspections on time and our vehicles are always clean inside and out.

I booked a vehicle from CapCityLimo.com but it never showed up, why?

  We are on time 99% of the jobs. Our drivers always try to get to your location 15 minutes early. However, sometimes traffic, bad directions, or weather prevents us to get to you on time. In this case the driver will call you and let you know of any delays.

I reserved a vehicle to pick me up from the Columbus Airport, where do I find the driver?

Our courteous drivers will be waiting at the baggage claim area by the information booth holding a sign with your name. They will help you with luggage if needed and walk you to the vehicle.

Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

No, smoking is not allowed in our vehicles even if the windows are open. We reserve the right to cancel the contract with no refund if anyone is smoking in the vehicle and you will be charged a minimum of $250 for damages.

What are the age restrictions?

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless with a written authorization from their guardian.  In this case we reserve the right to search the vehicle for any alcoholic drinks and other controlled substances. The solid divider must be open at all time while children are being transported.

What areas do you serve? Do you go outside Columbus?

We service Columbus, Ohio and surrounding communities within 30 miles. However,

If you live half hour or more away from Columbus, travel time charges will be added to get to your location and back. For example if you need the limo for 4 hours and need to be picked up from Lancaster, Ohio then dropped off in Lancaster, Ohio. We charge for 2 extra hours, an hour to get to your location and another hour to get back. Total charge will be for 6 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to make your reservation.  You may use cash or a credit card for the remaining balance. Please have your credit card present when we pick you up.

We do not accept checks, prepaid and debit cards or any form of bartering.

What if I lost something in the vehicle?

We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or forgotten items in our vehicles. But, you can contact us and if we found your lost item we will return it to you.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Please call as soon as you know of any delays or cancellations so we can adjust your pick up time without any extra charge. Please note, we can not guarantee availability of our vehicles if the delay is over 30 minutes and we were not notified. We will do all that we can to accommodate the unexpected change but with last minute delays of over 30 minutes, you will be charged for an extra hour waiting time at the airport if not notified of the delay in advance.

We do not offer refunds for cancelled flights within 24 hours of our scheduled service.

We cannot track If your flight makes it earlier than schedueled and you get to the airport before the driver.

What is your alcohol policy?

We are not allowed to sell or provide you with alcohol. You can bring your own alcohol, or ask the driver to stop at a liquor store so you can buy it yourself and stack the bar inside the limousine. We provide ice and glasses upon request at no extra charges. Only limousines have bars, our buses do not. You are not allowed to drink in the sedans.

 

No open containers are allowed in the front cabin next to the driver.

 

You must be over 21 to consume alcohol in all our vehicles, our drivers has the right to ask for IDs and cancel your reservation with no refund if found drinking under the age of 21.

 The driver has the right to cancel your contract with no refund if you or someone in your party is acting in an unruly manner, being rude, or interfering with the operation of the vehicle. Please be advised that there is a $250 minimum fee for any damages to the vehicle caused by you or any of your party. So please drink responsible.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation received at least 30 days prior to the contract will be charged processing fee (the deposit). Cancellation received from 29-15 days prior to the contract date will be charged 50% of the original contract amount. All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the contract date will be charged the full amount of the contract.If you didn’t show up for your reservation, we consider it a last minute cancellation and we do not give any refund. We have the right to terminate your reservation with no refunds if you or any of the passengers were rude to the driver, performed any illegal activity, drinking under-age, interfering in the safe operation of the vehicle, or damaging the vehicle.

What is your privacy policy?

We keep your contact information private and we do not share it with anybody. We will only send you coupons and offers if you opted in when registering.

When do I need to reserve my vehicle?

We suggest you make your reservation as soon as you make your decision because we have a limited number of vehicles. We accept reservations within 6 month of date of service. We also accept same day reservations, if the vehicle is available, with at least 1 hour advance notice.

When does my time starts and finish?

We charge hourly from the pick up time you requested when making your reservation until the last passenger leaves the vehicle at your last destination. Whether you are riding in the vehicle or not.

Why is it important to provide my cell phone number when making a reservation?
