What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation received at least 30 days prior to the contract will be charged processing fee (the deposit). Cancellation received from 29-15 days prior to the contract date will be charged 50% of the original contract amount. All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the contract date will be charged the full amount of the contract.If you didn’t show up for your reservation, we consider it a last minute cancellation and we do not give any refund. We have the right to terminate your reservation with no refunds if you or any of the passengers were rude to the driver, performed any illegal activity, drinking under-age, interfering in the safe operation of the vehicle, or damaging the vehicle.
