Smoking, food and the illegal use of controlled substances are not permitted in our vehicles, No alcohol beverages are permitted if anyone under the age of 21 is being transported. It is illegal and unsafe to open the sunroof or stand out of the vehicle's windows. You must be seated at all time when in our vehicle, no standing or moving around is allowed especially when the vehicle is in motion. Capcity Limo LLC has the right to terminate the contract with no refund if any of the above terms are broken.

The driver has the right to terminate the contract and without refund for the following reasons: If any of the passengers is: *Cursing, yelling, being disrespectful to the driver * Smoking * Engaging in illegal activities such as the use of controlled substances * Fighting* Behaving in a physical and violent manner * Carrying weapons * Engaging in any activity deemed unsafe or threatening to both the driver and the other passengers* interfering with the safe operation of the vehicle. Such behavior is not tolerated and you will be asked to leave the vehicle immediately.

We reserve the right for a 15-20 min grace period from your scheduled pick up  if for any reason we couldn't get to you on time. This lost time will be added at the end of the service if needed.

The client assumes full responsibility and authorizes credit card charges for:

The company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.

CapCity Limo LLC cannot be held liable for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, weather or situations deemed an act of God.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the contract will be charged a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received from 29-15 days prior to the contract date will be charged 50% of the original contract amount.

All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the contract date will be charged the full amount of the contract.

In rare cases, CapCity Limo LLC, has the right to cancel the contract with full refund at any time and for any reason. (such as hazardous weather, mechanical problems,...)

Privacy and Security:

Your credit card information is encrypted and sent to the credit card processor via a secure server connection (https). Your credit card information is not visible to anyone.

Your email and contact information is used only for reservation purposes, it will not be shared or sold to any third party, and we do not send any solicitations.

Online reservation instructions and terms:

A credit card is required to request a reservation. You will not be charged unless the trip is reviewed by our office manager and confirmed based on availability.  

A $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation, the remainder of the balance will be charged automatically on the same credit card within 10-14 days before your service.( unless you request to use a different card)

The whole amount is due at time of booking if your total is less than $100 or if the service is within 10 days.

The price quote is generated automatically according to information you enter and may be subject to change upon confirming vehicle, number of hours, and pick up location (explained below).

Enter an approximate  time or location if you don't have the exact pick up or drop off address. We can adjust that for you later if needed.

One way transfers and roundtrips are restricted to certain times and days of the week.

For hourly service starting and/or ending over 30min away from Columbus, OH (including Proms, Wedding, Night out):

Extra travel time charges apply if your pick up and/or drop off is further than 30min from Columbus, OH. Enter total time including OUR travel time for an accurate price quote.

For example: if you need service for 4 hours in Zanesville, OH (1 hour each way for us) enter 6 hours.
